Vermillion Digital Marketing provides website design, hosting, SEO, digital marketing, and related consulting services. The scope of work for each client is defined by the agreed proposal, invoice, or written communication.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business that violates these terms or engages in unlawful activity.
All services require payment according to the agreed pricing structure.
First Payment Policy
The first payment made toward any service or project is non refundable. This includes setup fees, deposits, onboarding costs, or initial project payments.
Second Payment Refund Policy
The second payment may be refundable if the client is not satisfied with services within the first month. Refund eligibility is determined based on service performance and communication within that period.
Failure to submit payment on time may result in paused services, limited access, or removal of hosted content.
Clients using hosting or infrastructure provided by Vermillion Digital Marketing acknowledge that:
Servers may undergo maintenance, migration, or shutdown.
We are not liable for downtime caused by third party providers, technical issues, or force majeure events.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their own content when possible.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and required materials for project completion.
Maintain legal ownership or rights to all content submitted.
Use services only for lawful business activities.
Any illegal, abusive, or harmful use of services may result in immediate termination without refund.
All custom work remains the property of the client after full payment is completed. Vermillion Digital Marketing retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reasonable revisions may be provided depending on the service package. Excessive revisions or requests outside the original scope may require additional billing.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
Active services may be suspended.
Hosting access may be removed after the termination date.
Outstanding balances remain due.
Vermillion Digital Marketing is not responsible for:
Loss of revenue or business interruption.
Third party platform changes.
Search engine ranking fluctuations.
Client content errors or legal disputes.
Services are provided on an as is basis.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
