Is the care plan required?
No. It is always optional. You own your site and your domain, and you can host it anywhere you like. The plan exists because most owners would rather text one person than manage hosting, email, reviews, and Google themselves.
Is there a contract?
No contract and no cancellation fee. Month to month. If you leave, we hand over everything and help you move it.
What counts as a quick update?
Text changes, new photos, hours, staff, prices, a new service page, a seasonal banner. Anything that takes us under an hour is just part of the plan. Bigger builds get quoted separately and honestly.
Do I get a real email address?
