Reviews and reputation
Your rating is your price tag.
Two contractors, same truck, same quote. One has 14 reviews at 4.1 and the other has 96 at 4.9. The second one wins the job and charges more for it. Reviews are the cheapest advantage a local business can build, and almost nobody in Dutchess County is working at it properly.

The honest version
You do not need tricks. You need a system.
Most owners ask for reviews when they remember, which is never, or they ask three weeks late when the customer has moved on. The fix is a system: the right ask, sent by text, within an hour of finishing the job, with a link that opens straight to the review box. That one change usually takes a business from a review every couple of months to several a week.
On top of that we handle the part owners hate, which is replying. Every review gets an answer in your voice. Google reads those replies, and so does the next customer deciding whether to call you.

Review strategy, review management, and reputation monitoring are part of the $150 per month care plan, alongside hosting, professional email, Google profile management, competitor tracking, and monthly reporting. If you want a one time review push without the ongoing plan, we will quote that after the free preview conversation. No contracts either way.
Common questions
Do you write fake reviews?
No, never. Fake reviews get profiles suspended and they read fake to customers anyway. What we do is make it easy and normal for your real happy customers to leave one, which most of them are willing to do if you just ask at the right moment.
How many reviews do I actually need?
In smaller Dutchess County towns, twenty five solid recent reviews often puts you ahead of everyone. In Poughkeepsie or Fishkill you may need a hundred plus. What matters most is recency, so a steady trickle beats a one time pile.
What happens when I get a bad review?
We draft a calm, short, human reply within a day. A well handled one star review often wins more customers than a five star one, because it shows how you behave when something goes wrong.
Can you remove a fake or spam review?
Sometimes. If it violates Google policy we report it with evidence and follow up. Not every report succeeds, but a real chunk of them do, and monitoring means we catch them fast.
